GROUP SESSIONS

Our group football sessions are designed to help players of all levels improve their skills and have fun a supportive environment. Each session is carefully planned and led by experienced coaches who focus on technical aspects as passing, shooting, and ball control. With a variety of drills and exercises, our sessions are sure to challenge and inspire you to become a better player. Join us today and take your game to the next level!

Our football programme enables more touches on the ball, more relevant game-related drills & 1v1s, whilst mastering the skills and tricks needed for these scenarios.

All sessions are age, position and stage specific, tailored to the individual. Focusing on skill acquisition, the session will seek to develop the confidence of the players and master the basic techniques related to 5 key components related to the game in a 10 week session block.

The 5 components are:

⚽️ Dribbling

⚽️ Ball Mastery

⚽️ Attack - Defence Transition

⚽️ First Touch

⚽️ Finishing

Our training manual also exists to create transferable skills that participants can use in their wider life. We use football to develop the soft skills of hard work, concentration, resilience and confidence!
